Eesha Iyer
Eesha Iyer is a Research Associate at the Center for Educational Data Science and Innovation. She holds a MS in Applied Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her work applies econometric and statistical methods, including causal inference and quantitative data analysis, to research on education policies and programs, with a focus on improving outcomes for students from under-resourced communities. Before joining EDSI, she worked at the World Bank Group and as a Research Assistant with the College of Education at UMD. Her responsibilities at EDSI include analyzing quantitative and qualitative research data to support ongoing research studies, supporting project management, and data collection for the Benchmark Data collection project, and developing external-facing communications and outreach materials to broaden the center's impact and public presence.
