Megh Krishnaswamy is a Postdoctoral Associate at the Center for Educational Data Science and Innovation. She was awarded her PhD from the University of Arizona, Department of Linguistics. Her doctoral research investigated the linguistic aspects of vocal entrainment and phonetic accommodation, to explore the correlates of teamwork, cohesion, and rapport in conversational speech. She is also a Teach for India alum.

Her responsibilities at EDSI include designing and leading research studies, providing language science expertise, facilitating peer learning, and investigating key issues in speech science applications in education technology.

Her research experience also includes multimodal modelling of human behavior, L2 speech perception, the acoustics of complex tongue gestures, and the phonology of South Asian languages.
